Wells
Discovery Properties are working with Waitrose to bring a 24,000 sq ft gross foodstore to the City of Wells.
A Public exhibitions was held over two days in December last year at which almost 4000 people attended. The reaction to the proposals was very positive and of those who completed questionnaires 90% were in favour of the scheme.
Planning application has been submitted with a likely committee date in February 2010.
