Kenilworth

Construction of a new Waitrose, the first in Warwickshire has been completed as has Phase I of the redevelopment of Talisman.

It is anticipated that the Phase II of the scheme will commence in 2010/2011 which will see Talisman boast new, larger units for the town.

Alton

Discovery Properties Limited are proposing a new Waitrose foodstore in Alton on the Mirion Technologies site. An outline application was submitted of April this year and a further detailed application is due to be submitted in September.

The scheme is for a store of 31,000 sq. ft. gross, 18,000 sq. ft. net.

Wells

Discovery Properties are working with Waitrose to bring a 24,000 sq ft foodstore to the City of Wells.

Planning permission has been granted.
