Darlington
The Agreement with the Council was exchanged in December 2005. Planning permission was granted in February 2007. Debenhams has now been signed to occupy the anchor department store. The scheme is due to open in 2010.

Kenilworth
Planning consent was granted for a major redevelopment of the shopping centre including the development of a new foodstore for Waitrose in April 2006. A new youth centre is currently under construction. On completion of the new youth centre, currently programmed for Spring 2007, the existing youth centre will relocate from its present position enabling the construction of the Waitrose and redevelopment of Talisman Square to begin. It is anticipated that the scheme will be complete in the summer of 2008.

Swindon
The new unit for B&Q has now been completed successfully.

Chichester
Zola Park a new purpose built unit of 35,000 sq ft for Solent Wholesale Carpets was completed in November 2006. This concludes a ten year working partnership with Chichester District Council to develop a new road, Barnfield Drive, and land adjacent to it.
