Planning consent has been granted by Warwick District Council for a Mixed use scheme on the site of the current temporary car park at Talisman, Kenilworth and in March 2018 consent was granted for minor modifications. The scheme now comprises 13,000 sq ft of retail space and 120 student apartments . It is anticipated that construction of the £14 million scheme will be take place largely in 2019 and 2020 with the aim of achieving completion for the academic year commencing September 2020.
Kenilworth mixed use development gets the go ahead.
